Actor Chadwick Boseman — the man we have come to adore in his legendary role as T’Challa in Black Panther (2018) — has passed away from colon cancer at the age of 43.
According to his official twitter account, Chadwick Boseman passed away at home, surrounded by his family after a four-year fight with colon cancer. The statement stated, “It was the honor of his career to bring King T’Challa to life in Black Panther.”
Some of his other credits include his starring roles in as Jackie Robinson in 42 (2013), James Brown in Get on Up (2014), and Thurgood Marshall in Marshall (2017).
Like many of you, we are shocked and saddened. We want to give our deepest condolences to his family and respect their privacy during this difficult time.
