The year is passing quickly. Today marks 100 days until Christmas and the holiday season. If you have been following our last few posts, you know we have been discussing the importance of credit and how you should avoid misusing it. If you have not started saving for the holiday season, now is the time. The holiday season can get expensive. Food, travel, and gifts are just a few things that can throw your monthly budget off balance. How will you cope? Will you choose to reach for cash you have saved up or credit you can’t afford to pay back? We hope you choose cash.
We posted an article a few months back entitled, “Stop Living Paycheck to Paycheck“. It gives some ways to earn money.
Let’s end this year on a high note. Less debt and more savings.
From now to the holidays, let us know in the comments what you are doing to avoid debt this year. We want to hear from you!
By the way, we posted our annual Christmas countdown on the left sidebar so everyone can stay abreast on how many days are left. You can’t miss it. It is above the donation button.
